Balmoral Day Programme

DISHA Day Programme is a positive ageing programme that supports seniors to stay active, healthy, and socially connected. Our exercise sessions are specially designed for seniors and are conducted by the professional team at Prana Physio NZ to help improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
The programme also provides opportunities for seniors to participate in cultural events, celebrate birthdays and festivals, enjoy social and recreational activities, attend health and wellbeing workshops, and build meaningful friendships within the community.
Through these activities, DISHA promotes active ageing, social inclusion, and a better quality of life for older adults.
